Luis Robles is the founder and owner-operator of FleetPlus Ent, LLC. He runs the company out of Memphis, TN — handling dispatch, planning loads, and putting in the seat time behind the wheel himself.
Luis is a husband, father, grandfather, and follower of Christ. The values that come with those callings — patience, accountability, and honoring your word — are the same ones that shape the way the work gets done: answer the phone, get the details right the first time, and treat every load like it matters.
FleetPlus is built to be the kind of small carrier brokers and shippers can actually count on — especially on the wide-load freight that other companies turn down.

Joseph Robles is the Operations Manager at FleetPlus Ent, LLC, and Luis's son. He handles the back-office work that keeps the trucks moving — rate confirmations and broker paperwork, invoicing, mechanical support on the truck, and the digital side of the business (this site included).
FleetPlus is a family-run carrier. The goal on every load is the same on both sides of the operation: answer the phone, get the details right, and do what we said we'd do.
For rate cons, COIs, NOAs, and billing questions, Joseph is the contact through the dispatch line.
